Daisy respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of your Daisy account and the personal data associated with it, across our website and mobile application (the “Services”).

How to request removal

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Data Removal Request”. Please send your request from the email address associated with your Daisy account, or include the phone number or username on your account, so we can verify your identity before removing any data.

What we remove

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• Personal information you provided to us, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Content you uploaded, including photos and videos, and their associated metadata.
• Analytics and usage data linked to your account.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud — for example, records of payments or payouts. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required and is then deleted.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request and complete the removal within 30 days. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you at the email address you used to reach us.
